The focus of our internal training and skills development programmes is the Joban Development Centre. It has facilitates and encourages people to acquire new skills, take on new challenges, exchange ideas and share best practice.

Promising talent is also encouraged to attend one of a number of management and leadership programmes at leading business schools in the region with which we have close associations.

In addition to fostering internal development, we continue to look beyond the boundaries for future talent. Every year, we recruit a number of MBA graduates from leading business schools in the region
